SPECIAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
We like to inform you that all orders placed starting from November 20,2009
can be returned until January 15,2010
Arus.com guarantees your satisfaction with the merchandise you purchase.
Any UNUSED and LINT FREE merchandise
can be returned or exchanged if you are not satisfied within 30 days
after the shipping date.
Please obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization number ( RMA )
before sending your item back to us for verification purposes. You
may contact our customer service toll free at 1-866-966-ARUS or submit
the Customer Service Request
Form to receive the return address and return instructions.
Items returned back are processed and refunds are issued to
the same credit card used during purchase within 4 weeks in the amount
of the product price (shipping and handling charges are excluded).
Customers are responsible for the returned item shipping. Please use
a traceable shipping method for your returned merchandise.
Arus.com will be responsible for any shipping charges if the
wrong item is shipped out. Customers also will not be responsible for
the return shipping for exchanged items sent back to them.
Replaced items will be shipped out with the same shipping option of
the original order.
Sale items, customized merchandise, cut labeled products and
products with excessive lint cannot be returned.
Sale items can only be exchanged for merchandise of
equal or greater value.
Returned and/or Exchanged merchandise received within 30-60
days after the original shipping date will be charged 15% restocking fee.
Shipments refused by receiver will be considered as returned order.
Returns and/or exchanges received 60 days after the shipping date
will not receive credit or be accepted.
